Where snow is likely to affect our shows and events the following policy applies:

Where snow prevents the cast and staff from getting into work to the point that the show does not go ahead, then the show would be cancelled and customers will be entitled to a refund.  We try hard to ensure the show goes ahead.  This is because we know from experience that our customers try hard to get here, many are local and would not want to miss the show where possible.  Not everyone will be affected by snow.

Cancelled shows will be shown on our website - keep hold of your tickets and claim a refund when box office reopens.  Where we can, we may offer alternative dates/shows.

Where snow has not prevented our cast and staff from getting to work then the show will go ahead.  The theatre regrets that some customers maybe unable to get here, due to either their own location or travel plans, however in line with all other entertainment venues and cinema, we're not able to offer refunds to customers who cannot get here as weather is not in our control.  We may offer an alternative performance - details will be shown on here if that is the case.

Box Office opens 90mins prior to the start of each show - please be patient with staff as they are also dealing with tickets and queries for customers arriving for the show.

Please be assured we make every effort to monitor snow reports and ensure our venue is open, accessible and full of entertainment!  Details of cancelled shows will be shown on this page and/or the relevant webpage for the show on our website.
