Billionaire Boy - Heartbreak Productions

Family outdoor theatre!  Show SOLD OUT!  Workshops available on the day.

A David Walliams bestseller: Follow Joe as he becomes the richest boy in the world.

Mr Spud has lost all his money. Not much….just a few billion pounds. In this show by, Heartbreak Productions, Mr Spud and his son, Joe, would like to invite you to a garage sale (they used to own 500 garages) where they will be selling their final belongings to raise some money to buy food. The Formula 1 racing car has already been taken by the bailiffs, but there might be something interesting left. Bring your picnics, blankets and fold up chairs and come to the helicopter pad outside at Bumfresh Towers to hear the story of how Mr Spud made his billions, lost it all and how Joe became the richest boy in the world.

Recommended age: 7+  Heartbreak Productions specialise in high quality outdoor theatre in unusual spaces such as parks, shopping centres, stately homes etc.

Running time: 2 hours including a 20 minute interval after 50 minutes

Bring a picnic, drinks, coolboxes, friends and neighbours! Soak up the evening sunshine (we hope!) outdoors in Brueton Park, Warwick Road.

The tickets are limited to 450 to ensure everyone can see and hear the performers within the best possible area - the first 336 seats sold are guaranteed a seat in the Theatre in the event of extreme weather.  This number has now passed, so anyone buying a ticket now would NOT get a seat in the Theatre if the emergency wet weather venue was used.  Actually this has only happened twice in the last 20 years!  Ticketholders affected would get a full refund.  The show takes place lakeside and there is are toilets on site but no seating - audiences bring their own folding seat, blanket, waterproof .. whatever you wish.

There will be no tickets for sale ON THE GATE - the show is SOLD OUTin advance so please don't turn without tickets on the day.  Ticket buyers who bought online or over the phone without postage can collect from the gate of the Arena on the night of the show - no need to collect from theatre box office first.

You may wish to bring a raincoats/macs/bin bags to keep dry just in case there is a spot of rain! Please don’t bring umbrellas as it may restrict the view of other guests. Don’t worry; we’re quietly confident it will be dry!
