Each week, exhibiting artists will be setting up in The Courtyard Gallery to work where they will be on hand to chat, answer questions about their work and sell some of their art pieces.

Week 1, commencing Mon 29 July

CATHERINE HOLLAND

Catherine paints beautiful traditional landscapes with a modern twist. She is inspired by momentary vistas, mainly in the countryside, from cycling around the Solihull borough.

KAT BENNETT

Kat presents a collection of paintings exploring her love of the English weather, in all it's rainy glory! 

RICHARD RUDGE

Richard Rudge is an artist and writer from Solihull. Inspired by science fiction, nature and the changing world he focuses these creative inspirations into comics

VICKY ARTSANDCRAFTSV

Vicky is an FE lecturer teaching drawing, painting, and a practicing artist of many years creating artwork in an impressionistic or abstract style.

ZARINE KUMAR

Zarine is a multimedia Illustrator and Animator. With a background in Fine Art, she enjoys an abstract approach, often working in acrylic, charcoal and oil pastel

 

Week 2, commencing Monday 5th August

BRIDGET RUSH

Bridget will be exhibiting images of streets and interiors of Ireland, under the title of DUBLIN DIARIES.

HANNAH SMITH

Hannah Smith is a Solihull artist who specialises in abstract nature inspired paintings. Nature and art making combine to be a creative and wellbeing practice for this artist. 

JENNY MUSTY

Jenny Musty's work is an expression of a deep appreciation for beauty, encompassing people, landscapes, and above all, the beauty of nature

LOUISE MINTON

Louise is an illustrator who works traditionally using a combination of watercolour, pencil, and gouache. She draws inspiration from places she has travelled - using new cities, landscapes and people as a springboard for ideas.

TASH CULLEN

Tash is a mixed media artist. The artworks exhibited in this event display aspects of Tash’s life, including a strong theme of cats (which Tash loves).
