Join us for Henry's Blueshouse - a series of regular Blues music nights at The Core by Big Bear Music. Solihull Henry's Blueshouse nights take place in the relaxed atmosphere of our ground-floor Studio at The Core Theatre, with the occasional show in the main house. This time, we'll be joined by Chick Wren's Rollin River Band. The show begins at 7.15pm with a Q&A followed by the band.

 Chick Wren's Rollin' River Band

When the much-loved 58s Blues Band were derailed as Covid first hit, bandleader, singer, guitarist Chick Wren decided to take the opportunity to change the personnel and update the sound under a new name, Chick Wren’s Rollin’ River Band. Actually not such a new name as Chick had previously recorded his successful album Hoodoo River with this line up. They made their debut at Henry’s Blueshouse and were re-booked before they left the building.
