Pencils at the ready! Join the ridiculously talented Steven Lenton for this fun, interactive draw-along show.
Welcome to Mr Pottifer's Parlour of Plants: a magical shop with the most surprising plants you'll ever see! Sarah thinks she's discovered the perfect gift for her garden-loving grandma, but before you can say "GARDEN FULL OF UNICORNS", things grow wildly out-of-hand!
If you like unicorns, fantastical plants and glittery poo makes you giggle, then come along and learn how to draw the magical, hilarious characters in Rachel Morrisroe's beautiful picturebook "How to Grow a Unicorn".
Steven - author of the "Teenie and Genie" books and illustrator of brilliant bestsellers including "Shifty McGifty", "Noah's Gold", and "The Taylor Turbo-Chaser" - is a huge BookFest favourite and we know how much fun families have at his shows.
You'll be drawing your own flamboyantly gorgeous unicorns in the whisk of a tail!
Great for 5-9 year olds - and anyone who wants to learn to draw a unicorn!
This event takes places as part of Solihull BookFest - a series of action packed fun events throughout the day at The Core, organised in partnership with Bournville and Sutton Coldfield BookFests.
