Join us at Balsall Common Library this summer holiday for Amazing Art workshops. In this session, learn how to fold paper into colourful sculptures.

What will you learn?

In this paper engineering workshop, you’ll learn how to transform a flat piece of paper into a delicate and colourful 3D sculpture. Our origami workshops combine the fun of folding paper with an introduction of geometric concepts and a guide to interpreting instructional diagrams. You’ll finish with your own handmade paper creation, which you can take home and put on display.

Here’s what others have said: “I feel really proud. I tried Origami alone the other day and ended up with a floor of half-finished creations. Kamaljit was SOOOOO helpful, and I actually made both of the projects with ease. It was a fun and friendly atmosphere - I’d love another go at it.”
