Please note that classes go on sale at 12 midday the week before the session.
Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi class includes breathing exercises and gentle stretching. These help to relax both body and mind as well as improving balance, coordination, posture and overall well being.
No prior knowledge is required and the class is suitable for any age or ability.
There will be no class on Friday 18th October 2024
£6 per session
Please note there is no £1.50 booking fee on weekly classes booked online.
