Studio Kavachi Floral Abstract Course

Studio Kavachi Floral Abstract Course

Explore Floral Abstract Painting with Studio Kavachi

This exciting Floral Abstract course with Swati from Studio Kavachi, gives participants a fantastic immersion into responding expressively to the amazing variety of shapes, colours, lines and textures of different flowers and plants.

In each class, Swati will demonstrate for participants to work with from a different flower set up to paint from. All of the set ups have demonstrations by the artist to help illustrate the exercises which encourage inventive exploration with mixed media on different scales from dry drawing materials through to watercolour and acrylic washes which are often worked in to allow the materials to play their part in the creation of dramatic, colourful and bold flower paintings and drawings.

This course will feed new ways of working with materials into any subject you might usually work with. An exciting and liberating course taught by a professional artist who specialises in expressive mixed media painting.

Here’s what some of Swati's students have to say about her lessons:

Thank you so much for all the love and support that goes into your teaching. You are truly inspirational and I enjoy every minute of learning from you. (Bobbie Thomas -a regular student from various workshops)

Thank you so much Swati Sinha you have shown me a world which gives me so much happiness… I found a piece of my Ikigai (Meenu Tiwari-a regular student from various workshops)

When you really want to understand art media and where to start, then Swati is the artist to do that for you. Her teaching style is great and her enthusiasm even greater. She is the best art teacher I’ve had and would recommend any of her sessions. I have attended her workshops and lessons for adults. To be honest, I truly believe she has given me the passion for art. Thank you Swati. (Surinder- a regular student from various art workshops)

Swati set me on the path of a lifetime and I’m so grateful to have learnt so much from her. A passion for art as you say! Wonderful woman wonderful teacher! (Sue Stretton- a regular student from various workshops)

So proud Swati, thank you for all your encouragement and support every week. Georgia says thank you too, she loves your classes. Before September last year, she lacked the confidence to even try water colour, now look at her go! Thank you for believing in her ability, she’s believing in herself too….at last. She’s so ready for college in the summer, she can’t wait!

Proud mum ???? ( Mum of Georgia, a teenager from weekly Friday lessons)

Before I met Swati I thought I couldn’t draw or paint. I now know I can!

Swati is a patient enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. She cares about her students experience and encourages in a kindly and respectful way.

I love attending Swati’s sessions as they are fun and I come away with a real sense of achievement and accomplishment. ( Sue Forrest- a regular student from various workshops)

I have been attending art lessons with Swati for the last one year. It’s been a great experience and I learned a lot. Swati is a great teacher, very patient and introduced me to palette knife painting and few other techniques. I could expand my skills to a level I have never dreamed of. I look forward to her class each week amidst my busy work schedule (Bushra- a regular art student for weekly online lessons)
